1. Who controls your data

2. Data we collect
When you request beta access, we collect the company name, work email address and selected plan. We may also receive limited technical and security information generated when the site is used, such as request time, IP address and service logs. Do not submit private carrier documents or sensitive personal data during the public beta.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to beta requests, evaluate demand, prepare or perform a business relationship, secure and improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a secure B2B service, consent where specifically requested, and compliance with law.
4. Recipients and international processing
Data may be handled by authorised hosting, infrastructure, security and email service providers acting under contractual safeguards. This beta site uses OpenAI-hosted Sites infrastructure. Technical processing may occur outside the European Economic Area where an applicable transfer mechanism is used.
5. Retention
Beta enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless you request deletion earlier or a longer period is required for a contract, legal claim, security investigation or statutory record-keeping obligation.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email your request to us. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy.
7. Automated checks
The public beta provides an automated VAT-status query using the European Commission VIES service. It does not currently make legal or contractual decisions about individuals or companies. Results should be independently reviewed before commercial reliance.

We may update this notice as the product, suppliers or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
