1. Who controls your data
RapidRoute Transport Ltd., Cyprus registration HE 482118, is the controller of personal data collected through CarrierCheck EU. Contact us at rapidroutetransport.ltd@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
For access requests and accounts we process company name, work email, selected plan and subscription status. Paid services also involve billing details, payment references, invoices and credit transactions. The PDF pilot processes submitted document content and saves extracted fields, supporting text, filename and operation details for result history. Technical and security data may include request time, IP address and service logs. Submit only documents you are entitled to provide; do not submit sensitive personal data.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to beta requests, evaluate demand, prepare or perform a business relationship, secure and improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a secure B2B service, consent where specifically requested, and compliance with law.
4. Recipients and international processing
The public website uses OpenAI Sites infrastructure. Cloudflare hosts the account application and processes PDF content through Workers AI for extraction. Revolut and Stripe process the relevant payments; Elorus handles invoicing and invoice delivery. These providers receive the data needed for their respective services. Authorised infrastructure, security and email providers may also handle service data. Processing locations and any international transfer safeguards depend on the relevant provider and service. 5. Retention
Beta enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless you request deletion earlier or a longer period is required for a contract, legal claim, security investigation or statutory record-keeping obligation. Account records and saved results support access, result history and resolution of service issues; payment, invoice and credit records also support accounting and legal obligations. Their retention depends on those purposes and applicable obligations. Credit expiry does not itself delete saved results. Contact us to request deletion or details about retention for your account.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email your request to us. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy.
7. Automated checks
The VAT-status query uses the European Commission VIES service. The limited-access PDF pilot uses AI to extract supported document fields and supporting text; outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. These tools do not make legal or contractual decisions about individuals or companies. Review results against their sources before commercial reliance.
8. Updates
We may update this notice as the product, suppliers or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
