Service and Pilot Terms

1. Operator and scope
CarrierCheck EU is a business-to-business software pilot operated by RapidRoute Transport Ltd., a Cyprus company registered under HE 482118. These terms apply to the website, account, subscriptions, beta-access requests and pilot verification features.
2. Available services and payments
The live VAT-status check queries the European Commission VIES service. Subscriptions provide VAT checks, saved reports, CSV export and printing. Subscription checkout is handled by Revolut; Stripe handles one-time credit purchases for eligible pilot accounts. The price and purchase details are displayed before payment. Ultra, sanctions screening, licence and insurance checks, bank-detail monitoring and advanced team automation are not available for purchase. Joining an interest list creates no payment obligation.
3. Permitted use
You may use the beta only for lawful professional purposes, with accurate information and without attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or obtain unauthorised access to the service. You are responsible for ensuring that any company or personal information you submit may lawfully be processed.
4. Due diligence disclaimer
CarrierCheck EU provides decision-support information, not legal, tax, insurance, credit or compliance advice. A VIES response confirms only the status returned by that service at the query time. It does not establish carrier reliability, ownership, licensing, solvency or absence of fraud. Users remain responsible for their own carrier onboarding and commercial decisions.
5. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue beta functions without notice. External registries may be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a third-party source will return a result.
6. Intellectual property
The CarrierCheck EU name, interface, software, reports and original materials are owned by RapidRoute Transport Ltd. or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by access to the beta.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as available and without warranties. RapidRoute Transport Ltd. is not liable for an indirect loss, lost profit or a commercial decision made solely from a beta result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cyprus. Questions may be sent to rapidroutetransport.ltd@gmail.com.
9. Credits and PDF pilot
Pilot access is enabled individually. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months and require an active subscription. Credits expiring first are used first. A successfully processed digital, text-based PDF costs 5 credits, with limits of 10 pages and 5 MiB per file. Failed operations release reserved credits; downloads of saved results do not consume credits. Automatic top-ups are off. Extraction returns supported fields, may leave uncertain fields blank and does not verify authenticity. Review results against the original. Submit only documents you are entitled to provide, without sensitive personal data.
